Betty Boyd, Esthetician

Betty Boyd, known as the creator of “The Glow,” is a licensed cosmetologist specializing in aesthetic skin care. She began her career more than 25 years ago, training at Halina’s European Skincare followed by 20 years at Barton Creek Resort. Her experience has allowed her to pursue advanced training and gain recognition from Skinceuticals, Catherine Atzen, Babour, Matis and BeingTRUE^® cosmetic skin care lines. Betty has worked with local and national celebrities and enjoys an excellent reputation throughout Central Texas. Betty loves what she does and sets a great example by complementing her work with her personal interests in gardening and fitness.

Denise DeLisle, Medical Assistant

Denise is from Corpus Christi. She has a degree in surgical technology and has worked in the field of plastic surgery since the 1980s. As Dr. Hall’s medical assistant, Denise makes sure patients are well cared for, informed and comfortable before and after surgery. Denise is the mother of 3 children ranging from elementary school to college age. She is an avid reader, enjoys being outdoors, listening to live music and spending time with her family.

Amber Follis, RN, Aesthetic Nurse Consultant

Amber Follis is one of Hall Rejuvenation Registered Nurses. She began her nursing career in the operating room here in Austin, Texas. Amber received her nursing degree in San Antonio, Texas where she also participated on the UTSA women’s basketball team. Since, she has extended her career in the field of aesthetic nursing, working for the top plastic surgeons in Austin, specializing in dermal fillers, BOTOX® Cosmetic, Dysport, lasers and permanent cosmetics. Not only is Amber an expert injector in dermal fillers, she was the South Central Texas, New Mexico and Tucson, AZ national trainer to physicians and nurses for Radiesse®, one of the leading dermal filler companies in the aesthetic industry today. Amber is also a member of the Associates of Medical Esthetic Nursing, American Society of Plastic Surgery Nursing and Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

Shelby Hoyd, Client Liaison

Shelby Hoyd comes to us all the way from Boise Idaho. In 2011 Shelby earned her degree in English from Gonzaga University in Washington state. Shelby moved to Austin after her graduation and has been enjoying all that Austin has to offer. Shelby is committed to excellence in customer service, and works hard to make sure each client's specific needs are met. It is her goal to personalize each client experience with her warmth and expertise. In her free time, Shelby enjoys camping, bike riding, and enjoying all the delicious food in Austin.

Dana Kirk, Physician Assistant

Dana earned her Master of Science in 2003 from the University of Utah. She spent six years as a PA for a private pediatric cranial-facial plastic surgeon in Salt Lake City. She was able to share her responsibilities between the cosmetic surgery practice and laser/skin care center. She specializes in client relationships and injectables including: Botox, dermal filler and Sculptra. She believes in her own mantra that, "clients don't care in how much you know, but rather they want to know how much you care."

Dana enjoys her free time with her husband, daughter, and son. Since arriving to Austin she wants to learn how to sail and paddle board. She is excited about her new adventures in Austin, and thrilled that Hall Plastic Surgery and Rejuvenation is a part of it.

Lindsey Rambo, Wellness Coordinator

Lindsey Rambo, a native of Texas and graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, began her career in wellness and nutrition in 2003. Her expertise includes nutritional counseling, diet/weight management programs, detoxification and cleansing, and healthy meal preparation, recipes, and guidance. Lindsey offers individual and group consultations for individuals looking to find tailored solutions that create manageable and lifelong changes. Through her guidance she helps clients achieve their goals, find balance, and achieve longevity.

Lindsey approaches each patient with kindness, compassion, and full understanding of the individual challenges that each person faces. Whether looking to boost the immune system through detox programs, shed excess weight, test micronutrient deficiencies, balance hormones, or learn great health tips for the whole family, Lindsey can help you find the right balance that fits your priorities. Lindsey has also assisted several offices in developing specific wellness and nutritional programs targeting weight loss and enhanced health.

Jennifer Ready, Billing Administrator

Jennifer Ready is a native of Austin, and has been in the medical field for over 17 years where she managed a psychology practice, an OB/GYN office, as well as a local family practice. Jennifer specializes in supporting patients and keeping them informed through their surgery process start to finish. Outside of office management and medical billing, Jennifer is an engaged parent to her 4 children ages 7 to 14. She's been married for over 10 years and is heavily involved in youth programs at her church. Jennifer is a cheerleader for her kids and is actively involved in the Round Rock High School Band Boosters, football, volleyball, and youth dance programs.

Sarah Shrader, Patient Care Coordinator

Sarah was awarded a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. While working as an Emergency Department nurse, Sarah attended graduate school at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas where she obtained a Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration. She joined Dr. Hall's practice after relocating from Manhattan, where she managed a plastic surgery practice. As Dr. Hall's patient care coordinator, Sarah assists patients through the surgery process with her caring attitude and Southern charm. Sarah is also trained and experienced in the delivery of Botox and dermal fillers. In her free time, Sarah enjoys the outdoors, running, going to the lake, and being back in her home state.

Erin Wayt, RN, Aesthetic Nurse Consultant

Erin Wayt is a registered nurse serving patients in our Rejuvenation Center. Erin began her career after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin School of Nursing. She spent three and a half years as a Neonatal I.C.U. nurse at Seton Medical Center before entering the aesthetic industry.

In 2002, Erin received certification in micropigmentation (permanent makeup) after training with industry expert Sally Hayes. Erin is also proficient in a number of other cosmetic services, including BOTOX® Cosmetic, filler injections (Restylane®, Juvederm^®, Radiesse®), and laser treatments. Over the years, Erin has had the opportunity to work with a number of Austin’s finest plastic surgeons, including Dr. Hall.
