Caprice Richards
Certified ACE, Body Pump, Body Attack, and RPM Instructor
Caprice has experienced an enthusiasm and passion for fitness for as long as she can remember. From a young age Caprice was particularly drawn to running – a form of cardiovascular exercise that continues to be a source of great pleasure in her life. She was always involved in sports and appreciated the way her body responded to consistent physical exertion. Caprice’s passion led her to begin teaching in 2004. She is certified in Body Pump, Body Attack, and Cycling (RPM) through Lesmills and has additional certifications through ACE and the American Heart Association. It is very important to her to help motivate people to exercise and care for themselves so they too can experience the benefits she has had within their own bodies.
Caprice approaches her clients individually and tailors programs to fit their specific needs. Her goal is to help clients stay motivated, increase their fitness level, and experience the benefits from consistent strengthening movement. Caprice offers Core Sculpt and Exercise Ball classes at Hall Fitness which incorporate weights, isometric exercises, and stretching. She finds that these classes greatly benefit other traditional methods of exercise including Pilates and yoga. Caprice works to integrate her workouts to compliment her clients’ specific fitness interests and goals.
Caprice is also available for private workouts and can help individuals design a fitness program to increase their performance and fitness level.
Tyler Guthrie
ACE Certified Instructor
Tyler has had a passion for fitness and nutrition all her life. Her involvement in athletics and interest in “clean” eating diet habits led her to pursue Personal Training certification through ACE. After graduating from SMU, Tyler moved to Austin and began her career in fitness, teaching boot camps, spinning classes, and creating customized programs to help clients reach their goals. Tyler began her advancement in Pilates training through PEAK Pilates while continuing her personal training pursuits. Tyler is an education enthusiast who loves learning about the body and what techniques help each client find their ideal level of fitness and performance.
Tyler has an understanding and compassionate approach to fitness. She enjoys challenging her clients but tailors each workout regimen carefully to ensure that she is meeting the particular needs of each client. She is available to her clients at all times to answer questions, motivate, and help each client reach their true potential. Tyler is available for Pilates Training and Strength Training sessions.
Classes are available by appointment only.
